Giving this information in a statement issued today, Chairman of the Reception Committee, Vikram Diwakar Singh said that among the proposals received from various states, the names of outgoing National President of Hindu Mahasabha Swami Tridandi Ji Maharaj and outgoing National Working President Ravindra Kumar Dwivedi as the candidate for the post of National President. appeared as.

Vikram Diwakar Singh, chairman of the reception committee, said in a statement that between October 10 and October 20, the nomination papers received from different states were scrutinized by the scrutiny committee today. In scrutiny nomination papers received from Goa and Arunachal Pradesh were rejected due to technical error. All the nomination papers were found valid. After the scrutiny of nomination papers was completed, Swami Tridandi Ji Maharaj and Ravindra Kumar Dwivedi were declared constitutionally candidates for the post of President.

According to the statement issued, the deadline for withdrawal of candidates by the Madhya Pradesh Presidents has been fixed from October 23 to October 30. If the name of its candidate is withdrawn by the state sending the proposal for nomination, then the second candidate will be declared elected unopposed as the National President. Voting will be held between Swami Tridandi Ji Maharaj and Ravindra Kumar Dwivedi if the nomination of any candidate is not withdrawn. The decision of voting in favor of one of the two candidates will be taken by different states in their respective State Executive Committee meeting. It is mandatory for the state presidents to send the vote to the reception committee set by their state by November 20. The counting of votes received on November 22 will be done by the counting committee constituted by the reception committee and the candidate who gets votes from most of the states will be declared elected national president. The elected National President and his newly formed executive will take over the responsibility of the session 2021-2024 for three-year term in the 65th National Convention being held in Lucknow on 22nd December.
