A short film festival organized by Star Motion Media was successfully held on 5th September at Rotary Sadan.
Eleven selected short films were screened at the festival. Film and Music Director Abhijit Paul and Director Rahul Saha were present as the judges at the event.
Out of these eleven short films, the judges selected the three best short films. CAB Treasurer Shri Debashish Ganguly and eminent artist Pandit Mallar Ghosh were present as special guests on the occasion.
Besides Actor Biresh Chakraborty, singer Debolinaa Nandi, actress Maadhurima Chakraborty, actress Madhumita Gupta, actor and you tuber Sayanta Modak were also present at the event.
The festival could not be held last year due to the pandemic. Although the situation is not completely normal, the organizers have been able to successfully complete this event first year. And they express their desire to organize this short film festival every year.
The main purpose of which is to provide a platform for new artists through which they can be encouraged.
