Lokenath education organize Kolkata tour for heritage awareness.
With the intention to spread awareness about the city’s historical heritage and it’s development over the years , Lokenath Education going to organise six walks around the city call ” KOLKATA- THE UNKNOWN STORY” from the month of March 2021.
” KOLKATA- THE UNKNOWN STORY” this is a series initiative taken by Lokenath Education to help people understand the heritage of the cities . This heritage walks is a continuing project under which around one tour are organised every month in different locations.
Through this Walk with LNE series they are focusing on to reviving the interest on old Kolkata, or Calcutta and to make the present generation aware of the Glory and Glamour of this city, which was once popularly known as “2nd City of the British Empire” standing only after London.
As Lokenath Education is an endeavour of educators and education enthusiasts from Kolkata, they want students of Bengal and all over India, know more about the rich culture and heritage of Bengal, especially Kolkata.
Sandip Banerjee educationist and an enthusiast on Old Calcutta he said ” Kolkata the unknown story is a commendable effort to unfold the glory and heritage of this great city”.
