Pailan Group of Institutions makes education affordable and rewarding with Bengal’s first Integrated Education Design Programme
This unique programme launched at ICEECC-2019 will be giving a cost leverage of almost Rs. 4 Lakhs
Kolkata, 26 April: For the first time in Bengal, Pailan Group of Institutions launches a 5/6 years Integrated Education design programme at the 3rd International Conference on Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science & Civil Engineering in the presence of delegates and eminent speakers from Chang Gung University (Japan), IIT, Jadavpur University, CU, IIEST, NITs’ and Chairman, IEEE, Kolkata Chapter.
IED is a unique initiative to bridge the gap between academic aspirations of meritorious students from humble economic backgrounds and financial hiccups they face.
With an experience of 20 years in the field of education, PGI through this integrated ISC– graduation Programme aims to smoothen the craggy transition process between school and college by helping the parents save a huge chunk of money up to 4 lakhs.
During the IED program, besides waiving tuition fee, lodging charges at the hostel, Pailan World School is offering specialized training programmes absolutely free of cost for the plus two level students for competitive Engineering, Medical and Government examinations which cost almost Rs. 1.2 lakhs.
Once a student takes admission in class XI, his/her seat gets reserved in one of the colleges under the aegis of Pailan Group of Institutions, and can choose from an array of 14 professional undergraduate courses as per his/her preferences. There are no hidden legal obligations as they can opt to choose other institutions or colleges after completing school.
Moreover, those students who enroll themselves for this integrated programme will be entitled to a scholarship of Rs. 75,000 which they can avail on an equal apportionment basis, that is, every year Rs. 15,000 will be waived from the tuition fee. Thus, parents will be getting a cost leverage of almost Rs. 4,00,000.

Besides transacting the ISC curriculum, the teachers in collaboration with experts such as ex-IITians, medical practitioners, Chartered Accountants, ex-IIM Professors will conduct extensive training to prepare the students adequately for the engineering and medical entrance examinations such as JEE (Mains and Advanced) and NEET. For those who do not wish to opt for engineering or medical, will be given ample training to equip themselves with the requisite knowledge and skills to get through various competitive examinations like CLAT, CA FOUNDATION, CA, ICWA, CET and CS. conducted by the State and Central Government.
A student of the Science stream can choose his preferred course from the following streams: B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), B. Tech in Civil Engineering(CE), B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering(EEE), B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECE), Diploma in Electrical Engineering(EE), Diploma in Electronics and telecommunication Engineering (ETC), Diploma in Civil Engineering(CE), Bachelor in Optometry (B. Optom.), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Computer Application(BCA), Bachelor of Hospital Management( BBA in HM), Bachelor of Travel Tourism Management(BTTM), B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, B. Sc in Media Science(BMS).
Apart from the aforementioned disciplines, students of Science stream can also opt for shipping or maritime courses at Trident College of Marine Technology (TCMT) that has undertaken an extensive programme to impart quality training for Pre-sea and existing Seafarers. TCMT, The largest maritime training institute in Eastern India, is actively associated in maritime-based research and development programs.
A student from Commerce or Humanities stream can select a graduation degree from following areas: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor of Hospital Management(BBA in HM), Bachelor of Travel Tourism Management (BTTM), B.Sc. in Hospitality, Hotel Administration land B.Sc. in Media Science (BMS).
