Kolkata, 23rd April, 2019: fbb Colors Femina Miss India East 2019 wrapped up with infinite oomph and glamour at The Westin, Kolkata. India’s most prestigious and credible beauty pageant gives the winners of the 13 states of the East Zone (Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Sikkim, Assam, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and West Bengal) who will represent their state at the Grand Finale which is going to be held in Mumbai on 15th June. The Finalist of East Zone was mentored by Neha Dhupia, Bollywood Actress.
The Judges for the evening were: Neha Dhupia, Bollywood Actress; Esha Gupta, Bollywood Actress; Baichung Bhutia, Footballer; Rohit Khandelwal, Mr. World; Rituparna Sengupta, Tollywood Actress. The fashion show was followed by enjoyable and enthralling dance performance by Terrence Lewis & Ellie Avram who left the audience spell bound and Singer-Composer Arjun Kanungo kept the audience engaged with his music. The evening was hosted by Television anchor, radio and Bollywood actor Meiyang Chang.
East Zone Mentor Neha Dhupia was extremely happy that the deserving candidate will be representing their state at the grand finale. She enthusiastically quoted, “I started my journey with Miss India and since then it has been a never-ending relationship with the pageant. Every year I see a fresh lot of ambitious and enthusiastic girls with the dream to win the Miss India and make India proud at the prestigious Miss world. I’m looking forward to have Manushi’s successor this year.”

- fbb Round – Inspired by Modern India, fbb’s Srishti Spring Summer 2019 collection showcased effortless Ethno fusion styles with eccentric and contemporary elements. The collection was teamed with exquisite Ceriz bags
- Alpa & Reena present – Printemps Fling 2019 Collection – ‘Printemps Fling’ a collection that encapsulates neo classicism with a contemporary layer. A repertoire of sarees graduating to the western silhouettes. Scaling the pastel palette of old rose, ice blue ascending to burnt umber into deeper hues of Marsala.
