Real estate is one of the most vibrant sectors and second largest employer in India after Agriculture. It the year 2017 has brought in new challenges in the sector. It saw the biggest changes in policy like- GST, RERA, HIRA Acts which was finally implemented after clearing all the hurdles. To make the industry and it’s practitioners more comfortable and knowledgeable to manage the accounting and business a convention has been organized at Kolkata.

CREDAI Bengal in association with ACAE Chartered Accountant’s Study Circle-EIRC organized an effective accounting and knowledge exchange session at the inaugural Ceremony Of “Real Estate Conclave” A discussion on the current industry regulations, trends and consumer benefits in the state which Followed by a Keynote Session on “Challenges in Changing Times”.

Many great personalities from the accounting and management of real estate and Chartered accounting world were present to set the high standard of exchange of views including the esteemed presence of Mr. Nandu Belani, President, CREDAI Bengal, Mr. Arun Kumar Agarwal, President, ACAE.
