Cancellation of FCRA Registration
Registration of more than 14000 Nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) has been canceled during the last four years under The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010. The institution/state-wise details are available on the website www.fcraonline.nic.in of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The complaints received in this regard from the Nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) are examined and redressed in this Ministry as per the provisions of the FCRA, 2010 and the Rules made thereunder.
This was stated by the Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri KirenRijiju in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha today.
