Inauguration Ceremony of Kolkata’s first private Aviation Training Institute
Kolkata, 14th November, 2017: Speedjet Aviation in collaboration with Entrepreneur Mr. Guru Prakash Kundu takes pride in opening Kolkata’s first Aviation Training Institute where from Cabin crews to Pilots all will be trained under one roof spread over 2200 sq feet.
The Inauguration ceremony was attended by: Mr. Hrishikesh Kundu, Businessman; Ms. Poulomi Das, Tollywood Actress; Mr. Abhigyan Mukherjee, Director; Mr. Pronob Roy, Former Cricketer & Selector & Mrs. Sapna Barman, Gold Medalist Heptathlon & Asian Athletic Championship 2017 & many others.
Speaking about the event, Mr. Guru Prakash Kundu, Director said, “Generally Aviation Training Institutes are owned and managed by Government related units and are not accessible for all classes of people. So i am looking forward to help youngsters in achieving their dreams in minimal cost and with best possible placements oppurtunities. This is a Bombay based company opening their first ever Eastern Indian unit that to in Kolkata. We at Speed Jet Aviation understand aviation.”
Our Pro-Pilot Program makes a zero-hour aspiring pilot to Airline First Officer in less than 18 Months’ time. The total Course duration is 12-15 months which includes approx. 8 months of FAA CPL training in USA followed by 3 months DGCA Ground Training in India to convert the FAA CPL to DGCA CPL followed by 42 days in Bahrain to complete the A320 Type Rating. Please note that the Indian Theoretical Classes will happen once the student is back from USA.
We offer comprehensive, theoretical and practical training in all flight safety and emergency procedures for cabin crew personnel. Our programmes guarantee maximum safety, ensuring ability and preparedness of crew to handle emergency situations on board. Our Course is recognized by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAAi) of United Kingdom and on completion of this course students will get a Certificate which is recognised by CAAi & other Aviation Regulators World Wide.
