KOLKATA, MARCH 22: With over 75 participants in its seventh edition, FIREFLIES was a resounding success. Held on March 20 at Taj Bengal Kolkata, the exhibition had a range of lifestyle products. Curators Sneha Tapdiya, Priti Agarwal, Saloni Bhalotia and Shilpi Goel received rave reviews and heartfelt appreciation from exhibitors and shoppers alike.
The organisers said that they were delighted with the fabulous response and were happy that their hard work paid off. Each year Fireflies is growing in leaps and bounds and they are looking forward to the next edition.
The exhibition was graced by Whos Who of the city beginning with the cast and crew of upcoming Bengali film “Meher Ali.” Actor Hiraan Chatterjee, actress Amrita Chattopadhyay and singer Anindita were present to encourage the team. “Fireflies is a wonderful platform to showcase the best brands not only from Kolkata but from all across the country. I have been to a few exhibitions before but Fireflies is a class apart,” said Hiraan.
Fireflies was also attended by celebrities like Suchandra Vaniya, Arjun Chakraborty, Bickram Ghosh, Jaya Seal, Ena Saha, Moubani Sircar, Priya Paul, Kaushani and models Tina Mukherjee, Pooja Gupta, Sakshi Bhasin among others.
