26 weeks of maternity leave with additional 3 months of part-time work benefit or 3 months of unpaid leave for all the full-time women employees, that’s exactly what Urban Ladder has announced.
As it has been reported by NextBigWhat, the benefits are effective from 1st April, 2016.
The most notable part of this announcement is, the facilities are also applicable to the cases like adoption & surrogacy.
The employee strength of Urban Ladder has been increased to a significant amount in the last year. So these policies will help the company to a great extent for retaining women employees and it will also decrease overall attrition rate.
