There are probably not many who think naturism when dreaming of India. However, it is quite possible to find naturist beaches in this land of mystery. I have created a small collection of hidden nudist beaches in India. Surprised but true as per leading news sources.

Vagator Beach
The beach is known for its red rocks and springs. The beach is exotic, beautiful and is located at the northernmost corner of Bardez Taluka, opposite the Chapora River. Vagator Beach is split into two main beaches. Vagator Beach beach is very popular among foreign tourists who come to watch the sunset surrounded by red rocks. You also find the sculpture you see on the picture of this post.

On Vagator Beach, you can find facilities for eating, entertainment and Full Resorts & bars.

Ozran Beach
Ozran Beach is one of the lesser known nude beaches in India, which is a little odd, when you consider that this is an amazing naturist beach. It is situated approximately 24 km (14.9 miles) from Panaji and is located near some pretty popular beaches in Goa, including Candolim, Calangute and Baga.

The beach is harder to get to than the more popular beaches. Every year there are many tourists visiting the beach to swim and sunbathe topless or nude. The naturist beach is exotic with swaying coconut trees and beautiful water.

At nights this beauty trans into a paradise for nude life. Not a leagal or authorized by law of India but still lucky one can enjoy the moods here.

Situated after Anjuna beach and not far from the beautiful Vagator beach is a beautiful little Goan bean i.e. the Ozran beach (little vagator), a small but very picturesque beach. Mostly frequented by foreigners. Mostly Goan’s in many groups spend their day on the beautiful Goan beach, on a picnic, at Ozran beach with their family and friends. One has to climb down a little hill to get to the beach.

The beach has a number of beach shacks wherein tourists have a wonderful time. Outside these beach shacks are beach beds where the tourists rest upon or have a sun bath. Viewing the sunset on this beach is a great experience. The sky all golden with the sun shining bright just before it would go beyond the horizon. There is music in the air. Tourists enjoy the bath in the sea. Younger crowd were play games along the shore and build sand castles

Towards the northern side of the beach there is a huge human face carved on a rock. I still remember it around the year 1993 or 1994 when I had visited this beach, there was a foreign tourist who was making this carving. Today this carved face is an attraction of this beach and it adds to the beauty of the beach. Some call it the shiva face.

foreigners and Goan play football and volley ball on the beach. Ozran beach is indeed one of the most scenic Goan Beaches, It leaves you fully refreshed and joyful. Just enjoy some of the pictures of this beautiful Goan beach. This beach is very famous among the Israeli tourists.

Marari Beach,Kerala
The beach is the perfect place to explore Kerela Backwaters. The beach is located in a small town called Mararikulam, about. 60 km. from Cochin. There are several attractions near Marari Beach, including Kumarakon Bird Sanctuary and Kerela backwater channels. Marari Beach is beautiful, isolated beach with a long beautiful coastline, where you can plan a perfect holiday for unadulterated enjoyment.

Agatti Island lakshadweep
Agatti is one of the Lakshadweep islands open to tourism. Visitors, however, are allowed to the Island under certain restrictions. They are required to obtain Entry Permit from the Lakshadweep Administration for entering or visiting the island. Entry Permit is issued based on the visitor having a confirmed place to stay. There are only two hotels or resorts in Agatti: Agatti Island Beach Resort (AIBER) and the other is Sea Shells Beach Resort. A road runs through the island, which can be best enjoyed by hiring a bicycle available at many places.

This is also known to be a place where sunbath and nudity visible. Mostly foriegners and outside travellers can be seen here.

Om Beach, Gokarna,Karnataka
The drive up the winding path that leads to Gokarna is scenic, with the rocky mountains and Western Ghats on one side and the Arabian Sea on the other. Gokarna is known for the beaches. The Gokarna main beach in town and Kudle beach are west facing. Om beach, Half moon Beach and Paradise Beach (also known as Full moon) are south facing. Heaven beach and Nirvana beach (3 km long with fine white sand) are across the Aghanashini river.

The Gokarna beach forms the coast of the town and is followed by Main beach in northern direction while the other four beaches lie to the south. Gokarna Main Beach is mainly used by Indian pilgrims. Main Beach is a long open beach, known for surfing. Kuddle and Om are around 6 km from Gokarna town along a muddy hill; they are accessible by rickshaw or foot. Half moon and Paradise are beyond Om beach and are accessible only by foot or boat. Nirvana beach is accessible by boat and road from Kumta town. Om beach is named so because it is shaped like the auspicious ॐ Om symbol. Om beach is the only naturally Om-shaped beach. Om beach attracts local tourists on weekends. It has a few shacks and eateries, and also boat service to other beaches.
